Terms of Service

Requests, estimates, and confirmation
Submitting the online form creates a reservation request, not a confirmed booking. Website estimates are for planning only. A reservation is confirmed only after R&A Luxury Ride communicates availability, the vehicle, final price, pickup instructions, and any trip-specific terms in writing and the required 25% deposit is paid.
Accurate trip information
You are responsible for providing accurate locations, timing, passenger count, luggage, flight information, contact details, and special requirements. Material changes may affect vehicle availability, timing, and price. Children and passengers must use restraints required by law; request any special equipment in advance.
Pricing and payment
The confirmed quote controls over any website estimate. Tolls, parking, additional stops, waiting time, cleaning or damage, itinerary changes, overtime, gratuity, and other disclosed charges may apply. A deposit of 25% of the confirmed trip price is required to confirm service. Payment instructions will be provided through an authorized channel after dispatch reviews the request. Cancel at least 3 hours before the scheduled pickup for a full deposit refund. For cancellation less than 3 hours before pickup, the deposit is forfeited as the cancellation fee.
Service conditions
Pickup and arrival times may be affected by traffic, weather, road closures, airport operations, mechanical issues, passenger delays, and circumstances outside reasonable control. Comparable vehicle substitutions may be made when necessary. Unsafe, unlawful, abusive, or damaging conduct may result in refusal or termination of service.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct losses caused by a failure to provide the confirmed service and does not include indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded. Personal property remains the passenger’s responsibility.
Changes and governing terms
Trip-specific written confirmations and agreements may add to or replace these general terms. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. These terms are governed by applicable Massachusetts law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
